The LitePod Dimming lightbox is the same as our standard LitePod but is a beautiful new Platinum colour, and has the added benefit of being able to adjust the light output for a variable treatment time.
You can turn the light down to a lower level for a longer treatment time, or if you just want a background reading or working light that is not so bright.
Just turn it up to full strength to take a treatment for SAD in 45 minutes to 1 hour per day.
