All Lightboxes are manufacture to the highest standard. They are designed
and built to comply with:

Lightbox Guarantee and Trial Period
All Lightboxes are guaranteed for 3 years on parts and labour, (lamps/tubes/bulbs 1 year). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Trial Period
All Lightboxes also have a 28 day money back guarantee, as the only way that you will know if a lightbox works is to try it. Normally you will feel the benefit within 10–14 days. During the trial period of 28 days the lightbox can be returned to us and we will refund the full cost of the lightbox but not the delivery cost.
Guarantee
All other items are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.
Distance Selling Regulations
What are my rights under the Distance Selling Regulations?
If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to
cancel your contract at any time within 7 working days of receipt of
the goods you ordered. In this case, you will receive a full refund
of the price paid for the goods, in accordance with our refunds policy.
To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing and return the product(s)
to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it in
its original packaging, and at your own cost and risk.
Refunds/Returns
What is your returns policy on lightboxes?
Within the 28 day trial period, pack the lightbox up in the original cartons and send it back to us. Do remember to include your name and address in the carton. The easiest means is by the Post Office, we recommend that you take out the compensation insurance which ensures that if the worst happens and it is damaged in transit back to us you are covered.
What is your returns policy on other items?
Goods may be returned within 7 working days in their original packaging at the customer’s expense in accordance with the Customer Protection Distance Selling Regulation 2000.
How is my refund made?
Refunds will only be made if the item returned to us is in an ‘as new’ condition, returned in the original packaging and with all the manuals. As soon as the items are received by us they will be checked and the refund will be made by the same method that you paid for the goods. If it has been purchased by a card payment it can only be returned to the card that was used for payment and not to another card.
Goods not returned in an ‘as new’ condition may be subject to a small restocking charge. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds that do not comply with the above conditions. Refunds are normally made within 14 days.
How can I recycle my old electrical items in the UK?
On 1st July 2007, the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations were implemented in the UK in order to reduce the quantity of electronic waste being sent to landfill and thereby protecting our environment. Full Spectrum Lighting has joined the Distributor Take-Back Scheme (DTS) - which will allow you to deposit your old electrical and electronic items at UK recycling sites, free of charge.
To find your nearest recycling site for waste electrical and electronic items, visit www.recycle-more.co.uk and simply type your postcode into the recycling bank locator. You'll find advice and tips on other aspects of recycling too.
How will I know if the products I buy can be recycled?
All electrical and electronic products and/or packaging now carry a "crossed out wheelie bin" logo to help you identify products that are recyclable. All our Lightboxes manufactured from 1st July 2007 carry this mark.
Privacy Policy
Full Spectrum Lighting utilise the latest in Secure Server Technology
to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected
to the highest standards. When you shop with us, there are different
ways we gather information about you:
When you order with us, we ask for information such as your name, contact
details, delivery address, your credit card details. We keep a record
of this information. All this is necessary for us to recognise you as
a customer and to fulfil the orders you place with us.
We keep a record of your purchase with us: there are two reasons for
this:
1. If there is a problem we can deal with it more quickly.
2. As the Lightboxes are a medical product we legally have to keep
a record of all sales in the unlikely event of a product recall.
We may keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us.
What we don’t do
1. We do not record phone call (unless you leave a message on the answer phone, which is deleted once we have taken the details.)
2. We do not pass on your details to any other person/company for goods or services.
Data Protection
Full Spectrum Lighting is a registered data user under the Data Protection
Act. We never make your personal details available to other companies
for marketing purposes. We (and our representatives) may hold your personal
details in order to process your order and/or maintain your account.
Full Spectrum Lighting may also use your details to send you further
information on new products to keep you up-to-date and on promotional
offers you may be interested in.

All Full Spectrum Lighting online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers.
Paypal encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.
This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.
The encryption technique we use is the highest standard available for e-commerce.

Full Spectrum Lighting make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defect. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website will or any website available through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Full Spectrum Lighting shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Law and Jurisdiction
This website, and any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
